The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25^th May 2018 provides additional rights to the public in relation to the collection, use and storage of their personal information. Waterways Ireland's Privacy Notice explains how we will ensure compliance with GDPR and how to exercise your rights when we collect your personal information.
